Yoga and being too old to skateboard :-)

Last night’s yoga class was tough but fun. Side crow was a mess (see the previous post about breaking sweat and slippy skin 😀 ) but I am getting closer to almost doing a passable ardha chadrasana (half moon pose), so, swings and roundabouts. Just going with the flow (vinyasa flow 😀 )

I’ve joined a group on FB for skateboarders of a certain age. It’s really good as it was started by a couple of women in their 60’s who decided to try skateboarding, and love it. It’s really inspiring in that it proves that age isn’t a barrier if you want to do something.
