So I never made it to yoga class last night (last this year), as I was out for lunch, and felt stuffed and bloated.
Bit gutted to miss it, but what a lunch 🙂
Had a wander round the Riverside museum and saw the 1966 Batmobile, which is visiting this month. My inner geek was well chuffed.
Also got some cool pics of the Art Galleries (where we had lunch) and Glasgow University as well.
Great wee day.

Yoga last night was pretty full on. I was having issues with poses that I didn’t have issues with before, my balance was a bit wobbly, I was totally knackered by the end of the class.
Afterwords I felt incredible. The post class buzz was amazing.
Yes, I’ve done better in other classes.
Yes, this was probably the worst practice I’ve ever had.
Yes, I probably need to push myself a bit further out of my comfort zone when I’m practicing at home, or I’ll never improve, BUT at the end of the class, despite it all, I felt great.
When you’re not having a good practice it forces you to concentrate more in the moment, so from that point of view, I’d say that even a bad practice is a good practice, but you might not realise it at the time.
