Good weekend

That was a pretty good weekend.  Managed to pack in a fair bit.

Friday after work was a leaving do for a colleague, he’s emigrating to Australia, but taking a few months to traipse round SE Asia before he gets there.  From engineering tech to superstar dj.  Bit of a career change, and good on him.

Saturday started with the usual guitar lesson, before heading to Paisley for the food festival which took place outside the beer festival in the town hall.  Later, Karen went to see a friend, and I went to see Dan Reed playing in Ivory Blacks.  Once again another great night.

Yesterday, we caught up with some friends for a late lunch and a drink, and ended up losing track of time.  Later, back at the house, we ended up vegging in front of the tv watching Filth.

All in all a pretty good weekend.
